Simon, the owner of Dr Locks has been working in the locksmith trade for more than a decade.

Before Simon became a locksmith he owned and operated a home improvement business for a few years, and then he decided to change his profession to become a locksmith.

Simon started working for locksmith companies in the beginning as a subcontractor so that he can learn everything about his trade.

Simon believes that the customer deserves the best service possible, starting from answering all phone calls promptly, to getting to the customer as fast as possible in case of emergency, and to be polite and efficient. Most of the jobs are performed by simon; simon also has reliable and licensed technicians that cover all areas of Connecticut. Simon always makes sure that the customers are happy with the technicians, and they are performing the job on the same level as he himself performs to give the customer the quickest response time and the most polite and professional service.
